1.   Bill Gates is now one of the world’s wealthiest individuals.  He entered the entrepreneurial scene with a company called Traf-O-Data, which aimed to process and analyze the data from traffic tapes.  He tried to sell the idea alongside his business partner, Paul Allen, but the product barely even worked.  A few years later, he created his first Microsoft product, and forged a new path to success.


2   Walt Disney is one of the most creative geniuses of the 20th century was once fired from a newspaper because he was told he lacked creativity. Trying to persevere, Disney formed his first animation company, which was called Laugh-O-Gram Films.  Desperate and out of money, Disney found his way to Hollywood and faced even more criticism and failure until finally, his first few classic films started to skyrocket in popularity.


3.   Steve Jobs is an impressive entrepreneur because of his boundless innovations, but also because of his emphatic comeback from an almost irrecoverable failure.  Undaunted by the failure, Jobs founded a new company, NeXT, which was eventually acquired by Apple. Once back at Apple, Jobs proved his capacity for greatness by reinventing the company’s image and taking the Apple brand to new heights.


4.  Dhiru Bhai Ambani- India’s largest private sector company. Created an equity cult in the Indian capital market. Reliance is the first Indian company to feature in Forbes 500 list.   His father was a school teacher.  He tried to sell the idea alongside his business partners,  but the product barely even worked. After doing his matriculation at the age of 16, Dhirubhai moved to Aden, Yemen. He worked there as a gas-station attendant, and as a clerk in an oil company. He returned to India in 1958 with Rs 50,000 and set up a textile trading company.  In 1992, Reliance became the first Indian company to raise money in global markets, its high credit-taking in international markets limited only by India’s sovereign rating.   Dhirubhai Ambani was named the Indian Entrepreneur of the 20th Century by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). A poll conducted by The Times of India in 2000 voted him “greatest creator of wealth in the century”.
5.   The Pierre Omidyar way. In 1995, a computer programmer started auctioning off stuff on his personal website. Auction Web, as it was then known, was really just a personal project, but, when the amount of web traffic made it necessary to upgrade to a business Internet account, Omidyar had to start charging people fees. He actually hired his first employee to handle all the payment checks. The site is now known as eBay.

1. Airbnb




Two people who were struggling to pay their rent after moving to a different city, saw an opportunity of offering bed and breakfast on a minimal price and bam! got their first Airbnb customer, a 30-year-old Indian man.  The company didn't take off immediately, the founders had to sell cereal boxes for at least six months to get the company afloat. After several rejections, it received its first funding of USD 112 million, and the rest is history.


Now, it has become world’s most famous company ‘Airbnb’, as such works transactions are not dealt with by any other company and such work of Airbnb is to meet the needs of the people travelling for short period.

2. Alibaba.com


Alibaba.com  is from the Chinese country.  The story of Alibaba founder, Jack Ma is a total rags-to-riches story. Jack was born poor in communist China, failed his university entrance exam twice and was rejected from tonnes of jobs including KFC. He had no knowledge of internet or coding but was captivated by the internet he first time used it.He started two internet ventures which failed miserably, and after four years of that, he finally started alibaba.com. He gathered all of his connections and convinced them to invest in his vision. It started attracting customers and Ma is now the richest man in China.

3. Instagram

Instagram, the globally famous photo app, was founded by Stanford University graduate, Kevin Systrom who was born in a very common family and was a tech genius.  He was in school when he was introduced to tech and used to learn coding by himself at night. He started working on an app which was more or less a cross between Foresquare and Flickr.  Very few people know that Mark Zuckerburg wanted to hire him while he was undergraduate but he denied the offer as he wanted to complete his degree. Kevin, along with his friend Mike, spent eight weeks aggressively on developing this app And finally on the night of October 6, 2010, they pushed the launch button!
Only after two hours of Instagram going LIVE, its servers started falling down because of rush of traffic and within 24 hours it became #1 app on iOS. Within nine months, Instagram had a record-breaking 7 million users, which also included some of the highly-influential tech-loving celebrities like Justin Bieber and Ryan Seacrest.

4. Pinterest

Pinterest's success story is one of the most inspiring one because its founder, Ben Silbermann held onto the idea and struggled with it even after 90 per cent of people didn't like it. Within four months of the launch, it only had 900 users. It was a flop and not funded for a very long time.  Ben was raised by doctors and was following the same path as them. He got into Yale and that's when he knew he didn't want to be a doctor. He graduated and joined Google in sales and support.  Being a non-engineer in Google, he didn't quite like the culture and felt out of place. That's when he started working on his start-up, Pinterest. Since, it didn't do that well, he was labelled as a failure for a really long time before Pinterest finally took off after a famous blogger recommended it.   Success story is one of the most inspiring one, about Pinterest.

5. Uber


Uber was born out of the situation when its founder Travis Kalanick couldn't find a cab in Paris to get to a conference. He envisioned it as a way to lower the cost of black-car service at the touch of a button.  After two previous failed start up ventures, it was difficult for Kalanick to convince the investors to believe in him but as soon as Ubercab launched in San Francisco, it became a huge hit! After SF, they went on to expand Uber to other US cities and internationally, first country being Paris.  Uber is currently valued at USD 69 billion, making it the most valuable privately held tech company in the world.

1. Manage stress through extreme sports.


Stress in daily business life is inevitable. But how to manage this stress developed during the process is the trick.  The first is through extreme adrenaline sports, either downhill biking or athletic skiing. These require focus and skill in order to be ready for unexpected obstacles, or to control [high] speeds in skiing, and they serve both as healthy distractions and physical training. Secondly, whether it be cycling with a street bike or ski mountaineering, we can control or manage the stress.


We find that the adrenaline rush they experience whilst participating in extreme sports is a stress reliever and it becomes a way of coping with the outside stresses that impact on the minds and bodies every day.  However, extreme sports are risky as well, but it multiplies benefits more.  Some people choose to work off their stress in a gym, or relax it all away during meditation or prayer, but for those people with a love of the extreme, the more sedate methods simply won’t work, and will lead to a further build-up of stress and frustration that needs to be worked out every time.

Stress is inevitable in our life.  It may develop from anywhere, whether you like or not.  Stress is unavoidable attitude of our body.  Many people say they experience stress or anxiety daily and it becomes a routine in our life. 

Stress in our life can not be avoided, but it has to be managed in certain parameter.  There are certain physical as well as mental benefits of exercise—improving physical condition and immunity power of fighting disease -have long been established.  Physiotherapist, has always recommends daily exercises and always encourage staying physically active.

Exercise is also considered vital for maintaining mental and body fitness, as it can reduce daily stress. A research Studies show that it is very effective at reducing weight, reducing fatigue, improving alertness and at enhancing overall cognitive function.  Physiotherapist teaches the steps of managing the stress and teaches as to how to maintain the stress at low level.

2. Plan the minutes of your day:

human beings have a limited amount of will power.  When you attempt to plan your day out in the morning, you deplete your supply of willpower.  By giving yourself a heads up on what tomorrow will look like, you’re mentally prepared the moment you wake up – no need to waste time and energy when your day’s strategy is ready.  A minutes of planning for the day will boost the energy for the day.  As helpful as technology can be, mastering how to plan your day is a great time to go analogy.   There are so many technological software or application that help you to jot down the plan for the day.   Before you turn on any technology, get out a piece of paper and write down what end results would make for a successful day. The action plan for the day can be marked or ticked after work completion or achievement.

Writing our day plan is a professional practice of good time management.  The main objective is to take the time to write down what you want to plan for the pending work of the project and prioritize the key items on merit basis.
